Built in 1905, the bungalow sits on a quiet cove of Chebacco Lake — a 209-acre pond between Hamilton and Essex. It runs about 1,700 square feet, with high ceilings and large windows facing the water.
The main floor holds the kitchen, a living room with the original stone fireplace, two bedrooms, a full bath, and a glass sunroom with a dining table for six over the lake.
Upstairs is a loft with twin beds, a freestanding soaking tub, and a corner set up for children. A sit/stand desk makes remote work straightforward.
A private dock sits steps from the door for swimming, paddling, and sunsets. Crane Beach, the Essex clam shacks, and Cape Ann are all close.
