Built in 1905, the bungalow sits on a quiet cove of Chebacco Lake — a 209-acre pond between Hamilton and Essex. It runs about 2,600 square feet, with high ceilings and large windows facing the water.
The main floor holds the kitchen, a living room with the original stone fireplace, a full bath, and a glass sunroom with a dining table for six over the lake. A queen alcove opens off the living space.
Upstairs are two king bedrooms — the master looks over the water — each with its own full bath and heated floors. The guest bath has a bathtub with a shower, and a corner upstairs is set up for children. A sit/stand desk makes remote work straightforward.
A private dock sits steps from the door for swimming and paddling, and the sunset patio above it holds Adirondack chairs facing west over the water. The lawn runs down to the shoreline, with parking on site.

How many people does it sleep?
Six. Upstairs, two king bedrooms — the master and a second king — each with its own full bath. On the main floor, a queen alcove — an open sleeping space, not a room with a door. A child air mattress, pack 'n play, and highchair are available on request.
